Because it’s personal. Bob was front and center in this TV commercial and it made a difference. People were able to connect with him, people align Bob with the Bald Hill brand. Bald Hill has based a dealership around “Real People and Real Prices”. Look at Bob, does he look like any car dealership owner you’ve seen before? No, Bob is real and being real has help Bald Hill connect with a new car buying audience.
